Mr. Kishwar Abdulalishoev was born in Porshinev jamoat of Shugnan district, GBAO, Tajikistan. He has completed secondary school # 12 in Porshivev and did his firsz masters in international economics from the Khorog State University. In 1995, while being a third year student of this University, Kishwar took the responsibiliy for delivering lectures on internatina economics and marketing to fourth and fifth year students. In 2008, Kishwar won a scholarship of Aga Khan Foundation to do his second masters in education (M.Ed) from the Aga Khan University. At the convocation ceremony, Kishwar got his master diploma from His Highness the Aga Khan, the chancellor of the Aga Khan University. In 2000, Kishwar joint the Education programme of the Aga Khan Foundation in GBAO and contributied to the introduction of the effective school fiunancial managment training model in GBAO schools. In 2002, Kishwar was invited to the Mountain Societies Development Support Programme (MSDSP) of the Aga Khan Foundation in the capacity of Policy and Evaluation Unit manager. In 2006, Kishwar joint the newly established School of Professional and Continuing Education of the University of Central Asia and was one of the first contributors to the successful launch of this school. In 2007, Kishwar was invited to take over the position of MSDSP General manager. In between, Kishwar completed his third masters from Bradford University in Development policy and managemrnt. Kishwar is a member of many international strrering committees, he is one of the most prospective managers in the sphere of sustainable international development and has a more then 10 years of experience of working in international development organisations.
